We are a growing cabinet and countertop company specializing in commercial, multifamily, and residential projects throughout Arizona. We operate out of a 26,000 sq. ft. production facility in Tempe and are looking to add an experienced Cabinet Shop Builder to our team.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Shop Builder to assist with the fabrication and assembly of cabinet boxes, drawers, doors, panels, and related components. This is a hands-on production position for someone who is comfortable working from shop drawings and cut lists, understands cabinet construction, and can consistently produce accurate, quality work.
Responsibilities
• Build and assemble cabinet boxes, drawers, doors, panels, and other cabinet components
• Read and follow shop drawings, cut lists, measurements, and production instructions
• Measure, cut, fasten, staple, screw, glue, and assemble cabinet materials accurately
• Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, fit, finish, and missing components
• Prepare and stage cabinets, materials, and hardware for production and installation
• Identify and communicate drawing, material, hardware, or production issues
• Safely operate woodworking tools and shop equipment
• Assist with loading, unloading, material handling, and shop organization as needed
• Work closely with shop leads, drafters, project managers, and installers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Help troubleshoot fabrication or assembly issues as they arise
Qualifications
• 2+ years of cabinet building, cabinet assembly, woodworking, or similar shop experience preferred
• Strong understanding of cabinet construction and assembly methods
• Experience using woodworking tools and shop equipment
• Ability to read shop drawings, measurements, cut lists, and production notes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move cabinet materials as needed
• Willingness to help in different areas of the shop when necessary
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screening
