Location: McClintock Drive, Tempe, AZ — conveniently located along the Valley Metro Light Rail line.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position: In-office only. Not remote.
đź“ž WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You'll be speaking with prospective customers who have an interest in earning income online or building their own business.
Your job is to build relationships, identify qualified prospects, ask appropriate financial qualifying questions, explain the benefits of our services, and schedule appointments for our experienced closing team.
You set the appointments. Our closers handle the sales. You earn 5% commission on resulting sales!
🎯 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2–5+ years of sales, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience preferred.
Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
Comfortable asking questions about income, employment, credit, and financial readiness in a professional, respectful manner.
Strong rapport-building skills.
Ability to handle objections and maintain control of conversations.
Self-motivated, competitive, and money-driven.
Dependable, punctual, and ready to work.
Experience with outbound dialers is a plus.
This is not a position for someone who is afraid of the phone. We want confident professionals who know how to turn conversations into quality appointments.
