Chandelier Hanging & High-End Light Fixture Installation
Norem Contracting LLC · AZ ROC #365090 · Licensed, Bonded & Insured⭐ Rated 5 stars on Google and Thumbtack
You bought the fixture. Getting it on the ceiling, centred, level and at the right height is the part nobody enjoys, and it is the part where an expensive thing gets dropped or a ceiling gets wrecked.
That is the whole job here. We hang chandeliers and pendants — Restoration Hardware, Arhaus, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, West Elm, Visual Comfort, whatever arrived in the crate. Heavy ones, oversized ones, and the ones over a two-storey entry where a normal ladder will not reach.
What the job actually involves
- Unpack and assemble. Most of these ship flat in several boxes. We build it, and we count the crystals.
- A box that can hold it. A standard ceiling box is rated for 50 lb, and a lot of these are heavier. We open the ceiling, add solid blocking and a fan-rated or heavy-duty box, then patch, texture and paint so you cannot tell we were there.
- Height and centring. Over a table, over an island, in a stairwell. We set it where it looks right, not where the old one happened to be.
- High and vaulted ceilings. Scaffolding where a ladder will not do it safely.
- Dimmers and bulbs. Switched out while we are there if you want them.
Why us
We are a licensed general contractor, not a handyman with a ladder. That matters on this work specifically, because the moment the ceiling has to open up it stops being an electrical swap and becomes drywall, texture and paint — all of which we do in the same visit, with one crew, and leave finished.Bonded and insured. Free quote from a photo of the fixture and the room, usually the same hour.
