Arizona truck, no accidents. My family bought this at 80k miles back in 2011-2012 and it's been ours ever since — I drove it through college, it spent a few years in Southern California with family, and I bought it back in 2023. Only 69k miles in 14 years, and most of that was Flagstaff-to-Southern-California highway driving, which is the easy kind of mileage on a 5.4.
Runs and drives great. No check engine light. Transmission shifts smooth, cooling system solid, passes emissions. Front and rear A/C both blow cold — genuinely strong for a truck this age. All windows, locks, seats, radio, and dash lights work. No headliner sag, no cracked dash. Paint's in good shape for its age.
Maintenance is documented: oil changes 11/23/24 and 11/26/25, tire rotations at 145,996 and 148,922, fuel filter at 144,463. Recent work includes starter, intake manifold, EGRs, radiator, front sway bar links, battery, and A/C compressor at 137.7k. Lionhart LT265 tires with under 10k miles on them. I also spent several days under it with a wire brush, rust converter, rust-inhibiting primer, and paint refinishing the frame.

Known issues — all disclosed up front:
· Transfer case needs replacement; stuck in AWD and 4H/4L won't select (module unplugged). Drives completely normally day to day.
· Flexplate has some tooth wear — occasional startup screech, maybe 1 in 50 starts.
· Rear heat doesn't work (blows cold in back, can be shut off). Front heat is fine.
· Rear wiper motor doesn't work.
· Slight exhaust leak; slight rear passenger axle leak.
· One of two horns is off-pitch.
· Driver's window is noisy going up and down.
· Doesn't honk when locking (wire snipped during a clock spring replacement).
· Minor paint peeling near the rear hatch mounts, small oxidation spots on the roof, very slight front seat wear. Back seats are excellent.
· Missing the original Ford key fob.
