We’re looking for a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to help care for a growing collection of professionally managed vacation rental homes. This is an active, varied role for someone who takes real pride in quality work, enjoys working independently, and knows the details make all the difference for guests.

What you’ll be doing
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance at multiple properties
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, drywall, carpentry, and general home-repair issues
• Handle guest-stay maintenance requests, including occasional urgent needs
• Inspect homes before arrivals to ensure everything is safe, functional, and ready to enjoy
• Complete improvement projects such as painting, fixture replacements, and minor repairs
• Inspect properties and grounds for condition, safety, and functionality
• Coordinate with vendors when specialized work is needed
• Work closely with cleaning and operations teams to resolve turnover-related issues quickly
You’ll be a strong fit if you have
• 3–5+ years of general maintenance experience
• Solid troubleshooting skills and confidence handling a wide range of home repairs
• Experience with vacation rentals, Airbnb, hotels, apartments, or property management—helpful, but not required
• The ability to manage your time, prioritize well, and work independently
• Clear, professional communication and a service-minded approach
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style
• A valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Residence within a reasonable driving distance of the assigned properties
