did run, got a new mower this one was taking up space in the garage
rear tire leaks air, fixable with a tube, holds air long enough to mow.
battery is bad, ill include the old one fore the core
could use an an oil change
used to mow weekly before i replaced it.

the 38" deck is good, solid. i replaced the rotted original deck several years back with a solid used one.
sometimes had to rotate the engine a little by hand for the starter to catch, it never bothered me so i didn't fix it.. open to offers.
