Work Days: Saturday & Sunday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and organized Teacher Assistant / Class Manager to join our English program at a kids cafe in Mangpo.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and can help our foreign teachers run classes smoothly while also taking care of the day-to-day classroom operations.
👩🏫 Main Responsibilities
Class Support
Assist the foreign English teacher during classes
Help prepare and organize materials before each class
Help children participate in activities and games
Support classroom management and children's safety
Help transition children between classes
Make sure the classroom is clean and ready for the next class
Class Management
Check the daily class schedule and student list
Help with student check-in and attendance
Communicate with parents when necessary
Help manage any schedule changes, cancellations, or special requests
Make sure classes start and finish on time
Monitor the overall flow of the day's classes
Teacher Support
Help foreign teachers understand the daily schedule
Assist teachers when they need materials or classroom support
Communicate important information between teachers and management
Help new teachers understand how our classes operate

We are looking for someone who is:
Friendly and comfortable around young children
Responsible and punctual
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable communicating with both Korean parents and foreign teachers
Able to work independently when necessary
Energetic and positive
Previous experience working at a kids cafe, kindergarten, academy, or children's program is a plus
English ability is preferred because you will work closely with foreign teachers
🏃 The Environment
Our program combines English education with fun activities for children.
You will be working alongside foreign teachers and helping them deliver classes for children approximately 4–5 years old and 6+ years old.
Because this is a busy weekend program, we need someone who can stay calm, organized, and proactive even when several things are happening at the same time.
💰 Salary
Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
