We are seeking a dependable, hard-working person to join our crew. During the roofing season, you will assist with tear-offs, material handling, and roof installations. This is a year-round opportunity: in the off-season, you will transition to commercial and residential snow removal operations (plowing, salting, and shoveling) to keep steady work through the winter months. No prior experience is required—we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities
Prepare work areas, move materials, and maintain an orderly construction site.
Assist with roofing repair and installation, including metal roofing and single-ply membrane roofing, plus siding installation.
Use ladders, construction safety harnesses, hand tools, and power tools according to safety protocols and workplace regulations.
Support restoration and remodeling tasks such as drywall, caulking, trim and frame carpentry, metal stud framing, masonry, and tile laying.
Follow construction plans and instructions; help interpret technical drawings and blueprints, and assist with basic construction estimating as directed.
Winter Operations: Assist with snow removal and salting operations during winter storms (working with plow trucks, salters, or shoveling crews).
On-Call Availability: Transition to on-call or flexible hours during the winter off-season to respond quickly to snow accumulation.
Skills
Essential: Follow safety protocols, use tools responsibly, handle heavy lifting, and work outdoors. Construction site experience or other outdoor work experience is helpful.
Relevant experience may include roofing, construction, handyman work, restoration, or remodeling.
Familiarity with ladder use, harnesses, construction workplace safety regulations, and roofing repair is valuable.
Preferred: Experience with metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, siding installation, drywall, caulking, carpentry, framing, masonry, or tile laying.
Ability to read blueprints and construction plans, interpret technical drawings, or support construction estimating is an asset.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
