This machine has seen a lot of use, so it has normal cosmetic wear, but the important compactor components are still in very good condition. The base plate, exciter/vibrating assembly, and frame are all solid.
The original Honda engine was burning oil, so rather than sell it with a worn-out engine, I replaced it with a brand-new Predator 212 engine.
Recent work includes:
Brand-new Predator 212 engine
Brand-new centrifugal clutch
Brand-new drive belt
New handle bushings
New water control valve
Sprinkler bar removed and thoroughly cleaned
Belt alignment and engine/clutch setup checked
Tested and working properly
The WP1550AW is a professional-grade Wacker Neuson compactor designed for soil, gravel, pavers, and asphalt work. It has the factory water tank and sprinkler system for asphalt.
This is not a lightly used machine and I am not trying to represent it as one. It has plenty of cosmetic wear from years of work, but the worn engine and other service items have been addressed and it is ready to go back to work.
