We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process payments efficiently through cash handling or cashiering procedures.
Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about drinks and menu items, and accommodating special requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
Manage multiple responsibilities including serving at nightclubs or banquet events, catering functions, or retail outlets within the food industry.
Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Enforce responsible beverage service policies to promote a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally.
Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
Ability to manage time effectively in busy environments while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience with food industry operations including serving food, catering events, or banquet experience is advantageous.
