We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing excellent service, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to ensuring every guest has an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
Answer menu questions and make recommendations when requested.
Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
Process guest payments accurately.
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orders.
Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
Assist with opening and closing side work as needed.
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
