Responsibilities
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to define complete project scope.
- Prepare quantity takeoffs, labor/material estimates, and competitive pricing.
- Request and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.

- Identify scope gaps, risk items, alternates, and value-engineering opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and support bid reviews, clarifications, and client handoffs.
- Coordinate with operations teams to transfer awarded estimates into execution.
