Loveseat size. Mint greenish-blue color. Structurally sound and still very comfortable, but does show some signs of use. Needs a cleaning. Some dirt/smudge marks on the armrests and bottom edge, some light scratches from a cat, and some of the fabric tearing off near the bottom (see photos). Cushion covers can be removed to wash those.
Smoke free, pet friendly home. Must pick up and haul downstairs (from 3rd floor). Must pick up before Tuesday, October 13th.
