BH Climate is seeking experienced air-conditioning service technicians for long-term collaboration in Tampa Bay and surrounding areas.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Your own service vehicle and professional tools.
• Ability to independently diagnose and repair air-conditioning systems.
• Good spoken English to communicate clearly with customers and explain problems and completed work.
• Reliability, punctuality, clean workmanship, and excellent customer service.
BH CLIMATE HANDLES:
• Advertising and customer acquisition.
• Job coordination and service scheduling.
• Website management, online booking, customer records, job systems, and notifications.
• Back-office, administrative, and bookkeeping support.
• Qualifying-agent services.
• Arranging workers’ compensation and company liability insurance for work performed.
