About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Concrete Supervisor to lead and work with concrete crews on industrial and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong field leadership skills, solid knowledge of concrete construction, and a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate concrete crews and subcontractors.
Plan daily manpower, equipment, materials, and work activities.
Oversee concrete placement, forming, reinforcing, finishing, and curing.
Monitor project schedules and ensure work is completed efficiently and on time.
Maintain high standards for workmanship, quality control, and job-site safety.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and other trades.
Identify and resolve field issues quickly and effectively.
Track materials, equipment, production, and crew performance.
Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce company safety policies.
Train, motivate, and develop crew members.
5+ years of concrete construction experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of industrial concrete construction methods and practices.
Experience managing crews and coordinating multiple activities on an active job site.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
