If your truck breaks down couple times a week, or you can’t get off your phone, or don’t know how to take directions, or you must have a cigarette every 15 minutes… this opportunity is definitely not for you!
But… if you have some general skills ( light demo, light carpentry, dry wall, mud, painting, light plumbing), you are reliable, punctual and presentable, willing to learn and follow basic instructions and most importantly, have a overall solid attitude… please write me some details about your past work experience ( resume if you have one), some recent project pictures are welcome. Please give me an idea about your location in Tampa area and your transportation situation. I will not respond to two lines with your name and phone number… efforts is important!
This could be a great opportunity for multiple candidates to have a steady work, potentially learn from very experienced contractor and make a decent living.
If you are experienced owner/ operator, who carries liability insurance, worker’s comp coverage or exemption, has their own tools and can run a project effectively and according the quality requirements, you maybe able to sub some projects.
