Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
**Operate a Lull/Telehandler safely and efficiently on commercial jobsites.
**Load, unload, and transport construction materials throughout the jobsite.
**Lift and place materials on elevated floors, rooftops, and work platforms.
**Move pallets of block, brick, lumber, drywall, steel, scaffolding, roofing materials, and other construction supplies.
**Assist with jobsite logistics and material staging.
**Perform daily equipment inspections before each shift.
**Inspect forks, boom, tires, hydraulics, lights, steering, and safety devices.
**Report equipment defects or maintenance issues immediately.
**Maintain safe travel paths and operate in congested work areas.
**Work closely with superintendents, foremen, crane operators, and subcontractors.
**Follow OSHA safety regulations and all company safety policies.
**Secure loads and ensure proper load capacities are not exceeded.
**Assist with general labor duties when equipment is not in use.
**Keep equipment clean and properly maintained.
