We are seeking reliable workers to join our team immediately in Tacoma, WA, for our evening shift. You will load and unload shipping containers, wrap pallets, and organize goods safely and quickly. This is a highly physical role that requires repetitive lifting and offers steady hours with regular opportunities for overtime.
Key Responsibilities
• Unload incoming shipping containers efficiently by hand or using a pallet jack.
• Load outgoing containers securely to maximize space and prevent damage.
• Wrap pallets securely with stretch wrap to prepare them for safe shipment.
• Lift and carry boxes and packages weighing up 15 to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
• Sort and label goods, then place them in designated warehouse areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Requirements
• Physical Strength: Must be able to comfortably and safely lift 15 to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, twist, and walk for long periods in a warehouse environment.
• Availability: Must be able to work the 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM shift, start immediately, and work Saturdays when needed.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic with a history of excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Skills: No prior experience required; we provide full training on loading techniques and pallet wrapping.
