Sun’s Eye Solar is a small solar and electrical contractor serving Western Washington. We’re looking for a solar installer who takes pride in careful workmanship, works well with a crew, and treats customers’ homes with respect. You’ll help install solar and battery projects while working alongside our lead installer and electricians.
What you’ll do
* Install roof attachments, flashing, racking, modules, and related solar equipment.
* Prepare materials and tools, review the installation plan with the crew, and help keep projects on schedule.
* Follow fall protection and job-site safety procedures.
* Check your work, flag design or site conditions that need attention, and help resolve installation issues.
* Keep trucks and job sites organized and leave customers’ properties clean.
* Communicate professionally with teammates and customers.
What we’re looking for
* Solar, roofing, electrical, or construction installation experience; solar experience preferred.
* Comfort working on roofs, using ladders, lifting materials, and working outdoors in Western Washington weather.
* Ability to read plans and use hand and power tools.
* A valid driver’s license and reliable attendance.
* Good judgment, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
