The downstairs unit has its own private entrance and dedicated driveway at the rear of the home. We use a separate driveway in the front, so you'll have your own private access. The location also offers quick and convenient access to both I-5 and Highway 512.

Washer and dryer (located downstairs)
The washer and dryer are shared, but I only use them a few times each month and will coordinate laundry times so as not to inconvenience you.
Please note that the unit does not have a kitchen. However, I am open to allowing occasional use of the upstairs kitchen if needed. My goal is to keep both living spaces as separate and private as possible.
If you're looking for a quiet alternative to a crowded apartment complex, this could be an excellent fit. My previous tenants have stayed long-term, and I'm hoping to find someone looking for a similar arrangement. I am retired military and currently work for the government. We are quiet, non-smokers, drug-free, and respectful of our tenants' privacy—you'll likely rarely see or hear us.
The unit is expected to be available around October 15 (possibly sooner). I can usually accommodate showings at almost any time.
Lease terms are negotiable, although I would prefer a long-term tenant.
