Looking for responsible roommate in my house. This is a furnished primary bedroom with its own bathroom and 2 full size closets for $1,325/month + $75/month garage parking. If you do not wish to park in the garage then it will be just $1,325.
Security deposit is $200 and partially refundable at the end of tenancy.
Requirement:
-No pets
-Non smoker
-No shoes in the house (all shoes stay in front door shoe cabbies or garage)
-Self hygiene
-Know how to clean up after yourself
-Have steady job and income (latest pay stub will be require as proof)
-Only accept individual roommate, short term rent is accepted

Rent is include all utilities and high speed internet.
Room is furnished. Please do not bring your own furniture unless it's a small furniture.
There will be upfront $50 back ground check fee regardless what your occupation is.
House is in clean and safe quite neighborhood.
