Thanks for checking out Madrona Park Apartments. We are a locally owned and professionally managed community in Tacoma, WA. Madrona Park is conveniently located with quick access to HWY 16 and near the Tacoma Mall, Target, Hobby Lobby, Fred Meyer, Costco, and a variety of other shopping and dining opportunities. We have 1- and 2-bedroom apartment homes. Our units are a great value featuring tile flooring, carpeted bedrooms, spacious closets, a private patio, a dishwasher, and full-size washer/dryer and microwave in select units.

Pet Policy

Cats and dogs allowed up to 60 lbs, breed restrictions may apply. $200 pet fee, $25/month pet rent. Breed restrictions (dogs): Certain breeds and breed mixes are prohibited at all times. Prohibited breeds include but are not limited to: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Bull Terrier, Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dogo Argentino, German Shepard, Great Dane, Husky, Mastiff, Pitbull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky. Dogs and Cats are to be licensed annually in accordance with the local City and County Ordinances. Resident will provide written evidence that all licenses were obtained and are current. Resident will provide written evidence that all vaccinations required by law were given to the animal."
