If you are an experienced mitigation professional, you probably do not need another job where you are underpaid, under-supported, chasing chaos, working with weak documentation, and cleaning up poorly managed jobs.

We are looking for someone who knows how to lead mitigation work from start to finish: assess the loss, document the job properly, manage crews, communicate clearly, protect the customer experience, and write accurate mitigation/remediation estimates.
