Warehouse Associate / Order Selector – Temp-to-Hire (Syracuse)

We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates / Order Selectors for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing distributor representing more than 100 automotive supply manufacturers.

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $19.00+/hour 

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM | $20.00+/hour 

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire 

$200 BONUS upon successful completion of the temporary assignment and acceptance of a permanent position!

What You'll Do

• Receive and scan incoming merchandise using barcode/RF scanners
• Sort and separate products into the appropriate warehouse areas
• Stock merchandise in designated locations
• Pick and replenish orders for online sales
• Accurately select and prepare customer orders
• Pack orders for shipment and delivery
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, order selecting, stocking, receiving, or picking experience preferred
• RF/barcode scanner experience preferred
• WAV machine or other warehouse equipment experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• Dependable with a strong attendance record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to frequently lift 30–50 lbs.
• Steel-toe boots required

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Successfully complete the temporary assignment and, if offered and you accept a permanent position, receive a $200 bonus.
