Looking for a licensed electrician who can pull permits to inspect an older house and handle the electrical work needed for a full renovation/flip.
The property is an older home, so I need someone experienced with older electrical systems who can inspect the existing wiring, identify what needs to be replaced or brought up to code, pull the necessary permits, and complete the electrical work.

The main electrical service/boot has been severed, so this will need to be inspected and addressed as part of the project.
