We’re looking for someone who is a strong leader, communicator, and team player. The right person will lead by example, work alongside the crew, keep projects organized, and help create a positive, productive jobsite.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and work alongside a landscape/hardscape crew
-Communicate with crew members and project managers
-Keep the team organized and projects moving efficiently
-Solve problems and work through challenges as a team
-Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and jobsite organization
-Help train crew members
We’re looking for someone who:
-Leads by example and treats coworkers with respect
-Takes responsibility of the crew and finished product
-Has landscape/hardscape construction experience
-Foreman or crew-lead experience preferred
-Has a valid driver’s license
