Made by Injecta machines in Teufenthal Switzerland. The company specialized in Aluminum tools - lighter than steel and cast iron yet having great strength and structure. The rest of the market copied these machines but failed to emulate the precise workings of Inca machines - all credit to the designers. Today these machines are sought after by cabinet makers, model makers and instrument makers all around the world.
Blade Range: as wide as 1” or as small as 1/16”. The machine can cut virtually square corners with a 1/16” blade, or with a wider blade, it can cut wide veneer, or rip seasoned oak up to 8" deep.
Maximum Cutting Dimensions: It offers a 20" throat capacity, unusually large in machine of this overall size, and a standard 8” cutting height.
Speeds: The short-belt drive system ensures smooth transfer frum the Motor Pulley to the lower Drive Wheel. Three blade speeds (suitable, on those special occasions for cutting woods, plastics, non-ferrous metals, and other materials) are standard.
Blade Guide Post: adjusted vertically with a rack and pinion assembly to properly support the blade in any position.
Blade Guides: are key to the outstanding performance of this saw, blade is controlled at all times by 6 fully adjustable ball-bearing guides with recessed faces. The top and bottom Blade Guide assemblies each have two ball-bearing Side Guides and one eccentrically mounted Thrust Bearing. Best of all, the Blade Guides are easily adjustable.
Wheels: Three large diameter, precisely balanced wheels to prevent undue blade flexure. Both upper wheels are fully adjustable and the upper right one also tensions the blade. Heavy duty, permanently-sealed ball bearings are used on all wheels.
Table: Pressure-cast hard-anodized aluminum alloy, and measures 20 1/2 x 20 ½”.
Dust Collection: Built-in 2” dust collection port.
Motor: 1 ½ HP, 115/230V TEFC Motor. Sealed bearings.
Included: Miter for cross-cutting, crank for adjusting belt tension, wooden stand with drawer, numerous blades (some apart at brazing point, electric blade brazing tool and supplies.
