If you want a craft project - or you need to restore some chairs here is a valuable instruction booklet. Step-by-step instructions for fixing: lawn chairs; foot stools; straight back chairs; magazine racks; children's chair and wall hangings. The pattern booklet shows some previous ownership wear and the middle panel is loose but there are no tears or writing or missing pages. From 1983 by Plaid industries. At quick glance there are over a dozen ideas to run with - some beautifully practical for an art that is becoming forgotten.

If you are paying in cash I would appreciate exact change. I accept PayPal - NOT e-transfer. We will be dropping the item off to you, by your car, in our parking lot. We are in White Rock - right by the Semiahmoo Mall. We are a - no smoking - no pet - home.

Thanks,
Andrea
