We are looking for someone who is genuinely well-rounded in renovations, restoration and general construction and who can confidently handle day-to-day work without requiring constant supervision.
PAY:
* Starting at $25/hour

TYPE OF WORK:
* Water damage/restoration repairs
* Demolition
* Framing
* Drywall installation and repairs
* Insulation
* Doors, trim and baseboards
* General carpentry
* Renovations
* General property repairs
* Small reconstruction projects
* Other restoration and construction work
We subcontract specialized trades such as electrical, plumbing and HVAC, so we are primarily looking for a strong all-around construction professional who can handle and oversee renovation and restoration work in the field.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:
* Solid hands-on renovation and construction experience
* Ability to work independently without constant supervision
* Strong problem-solving skills on site
* Good understanding of proper construction methods and workmanship
* Reliable, punctual and professional
* Able to keep job sites clean and organized
* Able to communicate professionally with customers and our team
* Able to take progress photos and provide job updates
* Comfortable eventually supervising a helper or small crew
* Valid driver's licence with a clean/reasonable driving record

ONE-WEEK PAID TRIAL PERIOD:
The selected candidate will begin with a one-week paid working trial.
During this period, we will evaluate:

* Job-site cleanliness and organization

The purpose of the trial is to make sure the candidate's experience and abilities match what was discussed during the hiring process and that they are the right long-term fit for the company.
This is not simply a general labourer position. We are looking for someone who can eventually become a trusted lead person in the field and take responsibility for projects as Dynasty continues to grow.
