Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service
• Help customers find suitable products based on their needs
• Process cash, debit, credit card, and lottery transactions accurately
• Check valid government-issued identification and strictly follow all age-restricted sales requirements
• Answer customer questions and telephone inquiries professionally
• Restock products and keep displays clean and organized
• Receive deliveries and assist with inventory
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
• Complete opening or closing duties as scheduled
• Follow all store policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
• Must be 19 years of age or older
• Friendly, honest, reliable, and attentive to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable handling cash and using a point-of-sale system
• Able to work independently and manage tasks during busy periods
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of cigars, tobacco, vape products, or lottery sales is an asset; training will be provided
• Additional language skills are an asset
• Must be available for flexible shifts, including some evenings and weekends
