The Standard Porta-Jib with 100mm Camera Bowl is a two-stage, round-tube jib arm supporting camera rigs weighing up to 100 lb. This versatile jib includes a 100mm bowl camera insert; it may also be used to support larger rigs on 150mm fluid heads using separately available Mitchell or 150mm bowl front inserts. This two-stage, telescoping jib arm has a reach of 57", a pull-back of 19", and a boom range of 72". Features include a Vector Balancing Bar, 7 lb fine-tuning weight, a boom lock, and pan lock. The Vector Balancing System enables you to transfer weight from the horizontal bar to the vertical Vector Bar, creating a zero-drift effect.

Counterbalancing the Standard Porta-Jib is done using the adjustable rear section, the Vector Balancing Bar, the fine-tuning weight, and standard weights (barbell weights available separately). A Mitchell tripod base is included; compatible bases available from Porta-Jib include a 150mm base, lightweight tripod base, and a DV column base. A boom drag function is available when the Standard Porta-Jib is used with compatible bases except for the 150mm bowl base. The Standard Porta-Jib is constructed of machined aluminum and stainless steel components, and is made in the USA.
