Skilled Labourer – Excavation & Demolition
Busy Excavation & Demolition Company is seeking a skilled labourer to join our team in a full-time position.
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who takes pride in their work, can work well independently and as part of a team, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with demolition and construction oversight
Install drain tile, rainwater leaders, and sump systems
Perform daily maintenance and cleanup to ensure a safe, clean, and organized work site
Work effectively as part of a team and take direction when required
Help lead and coordinate crew members when necessary
Requirements
Clean driver's abstract
Physically fit and able to perform demanding manual labour
Comfortable working in all weather conditions
Able to follow direction and lead a team when required
Respectful and courteous toward customers and their property
Punctual with strong time-management skills
Available to work overtime when necessary
Steel-toed boots and weather-appropriate work clothing
Assets
Ability to read and understand construction plans
Experience with hardscape installation
Experience operating excavation equipment, including track loaders, skid steers, and similar equipment
