Backyard Building or Garden Shed (Surrey)

We are about to start building a variety of buildings as part of our high school Carpentry Apprenticeship Program. All buildings are built to code. Previous buyers have used our buildings as a storage shed, garden shed, backyard gym, office or writing studio, hair salon, etc.. We begin building Feb 2027 and they will be ready to go home by mid June 2027. You pay for the cost of materials only. The price will range from $70-$75 per square foot depending on your building options. This is approximately 50% below market price. You will be responsible for the cost of transporting the building as well as making the arrangements to have the building moved. The following list outlines what the basic building includes:
- Size varies from 8' by 10' to max 10' by 14'
- Insulated floor, walls, and roof.
- Wired interior with potlights and outlets.
- Wired exterior - can have motion lights, outdoor lights, exterior soffit plug in (X-mas lights).
- 4 Double glazed windows that open with screen.
- Single exterior door.
- Duroid or metal roof.
- Certain Teed siding (can be painted to suit).
- Finished interior with mouldings and panelling (plywood floor).
These are pictures of sheds we have built in the past. There is still time for you to personalize a shed built for you. These sheds sell very quickly. First come, first served. We require a $2,000 deposit to reserve a building.
