The big one. When the spread is the whole meal, you need a board with real presence — a large-format slab of marble or quartz, 20 inches and up, heavy enough to anchor the table and cool enough to keep cheese and charcuterie at their best.
Handcrafted in our Vancouver workshop from premium stone — the same slabs we install as countertops — cut, edge-finished and polished by hand. Thickness from 2cm to 4cm depending on the slab.
