Gorgeous Sofa set - $425 (South Surrey)

They came from Chinz & Company downtown. They are an older set. I would say about 20 years old, from back when they built furniture to last. Real solid and heavy wood.
We picked these up for our basement media room area and had intended on getting them recovered, but just never got around to it and ended up buying something different. They are in mint condition with no damage. The rear cushions/pillows could use some new stuffing, but the material everywhere is like brand new.
The colours are difficult one to pinpoint. I would say that it’s kind of a mossy green/taupe color. The material is sort of a velvety velour type soft material.
We put black accent pillows on it as pictured. We have matching black throws for each of them although they aren’t pictured. You’re welcome to have all of these accessories with it.
The large sofa measures 88” wide from the further most outside edge of each side arm rest. It is 38” deep which is deeper than most sofa’s and great for just getting comfortable. It is about 31” tall from the ground to the top edge of the back of the sofa. The pillows sit a bit higher than that.
The second sofa is more like a chair and a half. It is not a single chair. It is not a love seat. It is very comfortable for one person yet two smaller people could squeeze in it as well. It measures 54” wide from the further most outside edge of each side arm rest. It is 38” deep which is deeper than most sofa’s and great for just getting comfortable. It is about 31” tall from the ground to the top edge of the back of the sofa. The pillows sit a bit higher than that.
Asking $425 for both sofa’s and would possibly provide delivery to your doorstep for that amount if you are reasonably close to me. Otherwise if you need delivery I could still do it but might need to add a small amount.
