Covers come off the cushions you sit on, so they are easily washable.
Arm rests on either end could use a clean, as well as the cushion covers need to be washed.
Only damage is small rip behind a top cushion...not noticeable at all, unless you pull the cushion away from the frame.

Pick up only...it will only fit in a pickup truck...please make sure you have help...I can not help.
Easily accessible, except for stairs going down to the basement suite.
