We’re currently seeking a Dispatcher to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys keeping things organized.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
• Dispatch 40+ cube vans and flat decks
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and drivers
Qualifications
• Prior freight dispatch experience is required
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with computers and office software
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
Freight dispatching experience is a must. While dispatching tow trucks, or a fleet of duct cleaners is admirable work, it is not the same thing. We are seeking someone with at least some experience doing what we do.
