Just 2 years old, but lately, one out of 5 times, it is not sucking water from the bottle. Not sure if the pump is failing or the line is clogged, etc. I couldn't figure out troubleshooting it myself. If you can troubleshoot it when it acts up again, you may get yourself like-new cooler for this hot summer:-)

It has cold, hot and room-temperature water dispensing.
