We are looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to join our team in Surprise, Arizona.
We're looking for someone who already knows the basics of professional landscape maintenance, takes pride in doing good work, and wants a stable, long-term position with opportunities to move up and earn more.
WHAT WE OFFER
✓ $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience
✓ Paid weekly
✓ Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
✓ Typical hours: 5:30 AM–2:00 PM (8 hours)

THE POSITION
You'll work as part of a professional landscape maintenance crew servicing our customers throughout the area.
Typical responsibilities include:
• Mowing, edging and blowing
• Trimming and pruning shrubs and plants
• Weed control and property cleanup
• Basic irrigation inspection and repair
• Plant and landscape care
• Operating standard commercial landscape equipment
• Maintaining clean, professional-looking customer properties
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're not looking for perfection. We're looking for someone who knows the work, is dependable, and takes pride in the finished product.
You should have:
✓ Working Cell Phone
✓ Minimum 1 year of professional landscape maintenance experience
✓ Valid Arizona driver's license
✓ Acceptable driving record
✓ Ability to safely operate standard landscape maintenance equipment
✓ Dependable attendance and ability to arrive on time
✓ Ability to work outdoors in Arizona conditions
✓ Good attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Additional irrigation knowledge and leadership experience are a plus and may increase your opportunity for advancement.
