We are a boutique venture studio managing three active products built on a Supabase and PostgreSQL stack. Our development workflow is heavily AI-driven (primarily utilizing Claude). We are seeking a highly capable engineer who can take a raw concept and transform it into a superior, well-architected execution plan.
The Role
Because our coding process is AI-assisted, your primary responsibility will not be writing boilerplate code from scratch. Instead, your focus will be on orchestrating AI outputs, conducting rigorous code reviews, and identifying subtle errors before deployment. You will act as the technical director for our AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
AI Orchestration & Review: Prompt, review, and refine AI-generated code to ensure high-quality, production-ready deployments.
Strategic Architecture: Lead technical decision-making and translate high-level ideas into robust development plans.
Leadership & Ownership: Drive architectural direction, direct junior engineers, and ultimately take sole ownership of key product areas.
Compensation & Process
Pay: Negotiable based on experience.
Evaluation: A paid trial project is required prior to a full-time offer.
