We're a fast-casual, charcoal-grilled brand bringing bold global flavor to NYC. We're launching a new ghost kitchen in Sunnyside and need cooks who love fast-paced energy, attention to detail, and maintain clean work station. Catering, delivery and takeout business only, so very little customer interaction.
What You'll Do
• Prepare recipes, grains, and veggies to spec.
• Finish bowls and plates quickly and consistently.
• Keep a clean and organized station at all times.
• Work with the team to maintain fast ticket times preparing meals for 3rd Party Delivery apps.
• Help with closing and next-day prep.
• Inventory management.
What We Offer:
- $17-23/hr depending on experience

Requirements:
-Punctual, clean, and team-minded.
-Able to stand on your feet for long periods.
-Positive attitude.
-Late night shift availability - 6pm to 2am.
-Some afternoon shifts available.
-Full time available as we grow.
