This is a 2001 Nomad Skyline 23’ and is in GREAT SHAPE and ready to camp or take to Burning man. EVERYTHING in this unit works great and has almost no issues whatsoever and ready to camp. It has a newer queen size memory foam mattress and the table goes down into a bed as well. It has large capacity Fridge, microwave, 3 burner stove AND Oven that all work, A.M./F.M. Cassette tape Stereo, cable ready for T.v., T.V. Antenna, NEW awning, Aluminum tank water heater, heat and A.C. As we as a shower tub combo. The only issues it has- the stove igniter is out so must light by hand, the cassette tape door won’t close, and needs new 6 volt batteries. It will also come with a newer 4500 watt champion generator that has very little usage so still like new. There are no leaks on the roof that I know of and has NO stains on the inside ceiling of the unit. It will also come with the receiver hitch and sway bars with all that I have. The only reason we are selling is in our 60s now with 10 grandkids so just don’t use like we thought we would. It’s a VERY NICE unit for its age and would make a great camper for some family and there kids. Must se to appreciate it for sure !!!
