We are seeking an experienced 1st Shift Operations Lead for a fast-paced logistics/warehouse operation in Sumner, WA. 6:00 AM– 3:30 PM. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS WAREHOUSE LEAD EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate 1st-shift warehouse associates
Assign daily work and monitor productivity
Oversee loading, unloading, staging, and movement of freight
Ensure orders/freight are processed accurately and on time
Train, coach, and provide direction to employees
Monitor attendance, performance, and staffing needs
Enforce company safety procedures and warehouse policies
Communicate operational issues and shift updates to management
Assist with resolving freight discrepancies and workflow issues
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse/logistics Lead or Supervisor experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience directing warehouse employees in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
Knowledge of shipping, receiving, loading/unloading, and warehouse operations
Dependable with strong attendance
Pay: $25.00–$30.00/hour, depending on experience
Location: Sumner, WA
Shift: 1ST Shift
