What You'll Be Doing:
• Representing LITN Home Improvements at our designated retail location.
• Engaging with shoppers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Starting conversations about home improvement projects, primarily replacement windows.
• Identifying homeowners interested in receiving a free, no-obligation estimate.
• Collecting basic customer information and helping schedule appointments with our sales team.
• Maintaining a professional, welcoming presence throughout your shift.
You will NOT be responsible for performing estimates or closing construction contracts. Your primary responsibility is generating interest and connecting homeowners with our company.
Who We're Looking For:
• Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable approaching people you don't know.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to stay productive without constant supervision.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Comfortable standing and interacting with shoppers for several hours at a time.
• Able to handle rejection positively and move on to the next conversation.
• Willing to learn about our products and services.
• Sales, retail, customer service, or promotional experience is a plus, but not required.
Personality, reliability, and work ethic are more important to us than previous experience.
Schedule
• Part-time position.
• Approximately 4–5 days per week.
• Flexible scheduling, including some weekends.
• Shifts will be coordinated around store hours and business needs.
Compensation
• Guaranteed hourly base pay.
• Additional commission opportunities based on performance.
