Position Details
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Every Other Saturday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Compensation:
$55,000 Annual Salary

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and develop branch employees
Foster a positive and productive work environment
Drive accountability and operational excellence
Installer & Contractor Oversight
Build and maintain strong relationships with installation contractors
Manage installer rosters and compliance documentation
Oversee contractor billing and ensure accuracy
Operations Management
Coordinate scheduling and routing of installations
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
Business Performance
Achieve operational and financial performance goals
Conduct monthly business reviews with the Regional Manager
Lead special projects as assigned
Qualifications
4+ years of management experience
4+ years of flooring industry experience
Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must pass a criminal background check
