Duties:
Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation
Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and food prep stations safely and efficiently
Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and hygienic work environment at all times
Handle food preparation tasks including dough making, topping assembly, braising, poaching, grilling, and food handling techniques
Maintain high-volume production standards during busy service hours while adhering to recipe adherence and portion control guidelines
Support the prep needs of the kitchen
Skills:
Proven dietary aide experience or food industry background with a focus on culinary arts
Strong knowledge of food safety management, sanitizing procedures, and food handling best practices
Extensive kitchen experience including fine dining or restaurant environments with high-volume production experience
Excellent knife skills along with proficiency in operating various kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and food processors
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food presentation and quality
Excellent teamwork skills combined with a passion for culinary innovation and customer satisfaction
