Small or relocatable trailer-like unit with an enclosed space built onto it, as-is.
At one time I had thought about removing the axle and tongue, anchoring it down and allowing the cats have a dry and warm shelter to retreat to on rainy or cold days and nights. I don't have the time or ambition to set this up that way any longer.
I believe I have owned it for a couple of years but I have to dig out an old phone with pictures on it from back when it first arrived here to get an actual date.
What I have actually used this for was an additional storage shed. I had a PODS unit delivered recently for cleaning my house out so I also unloaded just about everything from this temporary storage trailer and moved it into the PODS storage unit.
I hope to finish the job of cleaning this out and wiping the tile floor down afterwards soon.
The tongue takes a mobile home-sized or heavy duty 2 & 5/16" ball to haul the trailer to a new location. I bought a receiver with an attached correct-sized ball installed on it but I have never moved this from the location it was originally delivered to. I temporarily set 2" x 6" boards under the axle and used some old car jacks up to the axle for my peace of mind while I was storing stuff in it.
There are LED lights in the inside and outside ceilings, light switches on the inside wall, an electrical outlet inside, a GFI outlet in a weatherproof box outside and a cord set up to plug the unit into an extension cord extended from a home or office building should you decide to use it. I have never plugged this trailer in since I have owned it.
This could be used as a small private home office alongside a home or sitting on or anchored to a concrete driveway or slab, a private outdoor detached TV room or possibly even a play house for children.
