The package says: "Professional quality makeup - Safe - Hypoallergenic - Fun & easy to use" and "Take it off with soap & water!" The back of the card has step-by-step Countess makeup instructions: white foundation, black eyebrows and eye outlines, lavender shadow along the nose and cheekbones, then red lips and accessories, and put in the teeth (photo 4).
