Custom-built solid wood loft bed — not a flat-pack furniture store piece. This was handcrafted by a local carpenter a few years ago (cost around $3,500 to build) and it's built like a carpenter built it: solid, zero wobble, made to last through multiple kids.

$400 — priced to move. A comparable custom build costs $3,500+ new.

The details:
• Fits a standard FULL-size mattress (54" x 75") — frame only, mattress not included
• Approx. 80"L x 59"W x 84"H (7 ft tall) — fits older kids and teens
• About 5½ ft of open space underneath — room for a desk, reading nook, gaming setup, or extra storage
• Beautiful white finish, solid wood throughout
• Built-in bookshelf/cubbies underneath for books, games, and décor
• Sturdy ladder included
• Used (like new) condition

Selling after a room remodel project. Beds like this rarely come up used because families keep them for years.

Pickup in Suamico, WI — no delivery, so bring a truck or trailer. It's broken down into a few large pieces with all hardware packed up. Reassembly is straightforward since most of it stays together: you just need 3–4 people (or 3 strong friends) to lift the frame while someone screws the legs into each corner, then the bookshelf screws in underneath. About a 30-minute job with enough hands.

One honest note: a few small black velcro strips on one leg, leftover from LED strip lights underneath. They peel right off.

Would make a great Christmas gift — a full room makeover for a kid or teen without the custom price or wait.
