If Landloard also lives on property must be friendly and easy going individual. The Apartment is for 1 quiet, tidy and responsible adult 40+ yrs old, without any pets,very friendly and respectful.
My Budget is 1400 so preferably your mortgage is already paid off and you're more interested in renting to a responsible individual who will respect your property and be a good neighbor.
I currently live in the Catskills upstate NY and will be moving back to nyc by OCTOBER 1st 2026.
